Xia Tian already posted a mostly-complete list of terms, magic spells, and other information about the world of The X-Family over here, so for the most part I'm only going to list terms, items, and abilities specific to Jiu Wu.
TERMS;
Meng Zhu [ 盟主 ] : Jiu Wu's title. Translates to something like "Chief", "Leader", or "Ruler". The only people in the series (that are seen) that don't refer to him as this are his Master (Xiao Wu/Little Wu), Ye Xiong Ba (Jiu Wu) and his younger brother, Jiu Lai ([Lao] Ge/Older (Big) Brother). Will not be translated, and if asked, he'll tell people it's just a nickname Xia Tian gave him in school. Buuut, if you're Japanese and happen to see it written in kanji somewhere, the word is "meishu", and basically translates to "Leader".
Yi Neng [ 異能 ] : The type of magic (power) used in the Iron Dimension.
Yi Neng Xing Zhe [ 異能行者 ] : A Power-user, or magic-type. A person who is able to use Yi Neng.
Yuan Wei Yi Neng Xing Zhe [ 原位異能行者 ] : Original Power-user. An original power-user is a power-user born with an elemental body structure, which allows them to manifest one specific elemental power. There are five kinds of original power-users, divided as "wind", "fire", "thunder", "lightning" and "rain" . These power-users play very essential roles in creating an Ultimate Iron Man as they need to transfer their elements to the Ultimate Iron Man in training.
Should two original power-users with the same element come together, they will be able to amplify the powers of one another.
Jiu Wu is the Original Power-User of Rain [ 雨的原位異能行者 ], and as such he has an affinity for, and immunity to, water-based magic.
Zhong Ji Tie Ke Ren [ 終極鐵克人 ]: Ultimate Iron Man. In legend, the Ultimate Iron Man is the strongest power-user in any dimension, one that holds the ultimate power. This person can travel through time and space to save the universe.
Tie Ke Jin Wei Jun [ 鐵克禁衛軍 ]: The Iron Imperial Army is an army consisting of powerful power-users trained in defense for the Iron Dimension's safety. They consist of four underground music bands: "Dong Cheng Wei" (東城衛), "Nan Cheng Wei" (南城衛), "Xi Cheng Wei" (西城衛) and "Bei Cheng Wei" (北城衛), in which Dong Cheng Wei is the front line. The Iron Imperial Army's alerting devices are installed in every power-user's family home as a communication system, with special sound waves that only allow power-users to receive messages. Jiu Wu is the current leader of this army.
Jiu Wu Xu Ni Jie Dai Suo [ 九五虛擬招待所 ] : The 95 Virtual Service Room. A room in a separate dimension (henceforth known as hammerspace) created by Jiu Wu. People can only be transferred to this dimension through swallowing a Dimensional Pill (時空膠囊). He mainly uses this dimension to hold secret appointments with his employers, and to hide people as necessary. While you live in this dimension for protection, there is really good service (food, entertainment, hot spring, etc). Its name is something of a pun owing to "95" sounding similar to his name (Jiu (9) Wu (5)).
Fang Hu Ci Chang [ 防護磁場 ] : Protective Force Field. The gigantic force field that protects the Iron Dimension from invasions of evil forces. It is mainly supported by Jiu Wu's power, and connected directly to his life force. The force field requires a great amount of power to keep it strong and must be recharged after a certain amount of time. Though it keeps demons from attacking on the outside, it also drains the life force of the power-user who supports it. The person responsible for maintaining the force field isn't expected to have a very long lifespan.
ITEMS;
Zhi Jun Jin Pai [ 至尊金牌 ] : Supreme Golden Plaque (Gold Card of Respect). This plaque belongs to the Iron Dimension's Meng Zhu. It doesn't have any powers on its own, but when he draws it out to give orders, no one is allowed to disobey. An order given by someone who holds this plaque is treated as an order directly from Meng Zhu.
Wu Feng [ 烏風 ] : A powerful gun containing 99 spirits that were killed by it. It can eliminate any evil, and temporarily amplify the power of good, but it will only work if the target's heart is completely pure, meaning he must not have a single thought of evil in his mind and heart. This gun once belonged to the King of Guns who had full access to its potential, but is later passed on to Xia Xiong (Xia Tian's mother) who only has 30% of access to its power. If its master is near, it will react, and if it's broken it can revive itself by sensing the presence of its master. Jiu Wu has borrowed it on occasion, and currently has it with the intent of studying it.
Shi Kong Jiao Nang [ 時空膠囊 ] : Dimensional Pill. A transporting device used as a pill and a platform. When the pill is swallowed, it will teleport the person to a preset destination within the 95 Virtual Service Room. Before the teleport begins, others must leave the room, otherwise they will also be sucked into hammerspace.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES;
Jiu Wu's general abilities are more-or-less the same as any decently leveled power-user: Super-speed, agility, energy beams, inhuman strength, telepathic communication & spellcasting.
Inhuman strength: is the power of having magically augmented physical strength and stamina. Therefore beings with this ability are stronger and tougher and can do physical performances that are humanly impossible. Power-users can focus their energy into their hands to direct the power. Almost all power-users have inhuman strength, but some never show their strengths.
Telepathic communication: The ability to create a telepathic link between power-users for mental communication. It was first presented in the second half of KO One. The more powerful an individual is, the farther he can project. Xiu, Jiu Wu, and members of Dong Cheng Wei have shown to be able to communicate with people while in another dimension.
Super-speed: also known as "rapid acceleration", is the ability to move at an incredible speed. The users of this ability are able to move so fast they cannot be seen with the naked eye. It is a repeating ability that most of our heroes and/or villains use throughout the series.
Spellcasting: A spell is an incantation that makes use of a certain force of the magical universe to do means that are usually beyond the reach of ordinary people's physical strengths. The method of spellcasting is a common use of magic in The X-Family. It plays an essential term in gaining access to certain powers or forces of nature. Because of this ability, power-users can be considered similar to witches and warlocks.
Agility: Makes the user more agile! Go figure. A magically augmented ability.
Energy Beams: Exactly what they sound like. Imagine Goku's Kamehameha, and you have a pretty accurate representation.
Enhanced Senses Enhanced senses, such as hearing and sight, are mainly acquired by strong power-users or martial artists, which allow them to hear, as well as see, from a large distance.
They also have a sixth sense to locate powerful power-users in range and detect a demon's presence, as well as scan their opponent's level of power. However, it can be disrupted by blocking sound waves or magical shields. Another limitation is the reader can only detect his opponent's power if his level is high enough. Should the opponent's power be too great, the reader won't be able to get a read on him other than his presence.
Special Abilities:
Abilities specific to Jiu Wu, or other high-leveled power-users.
Jiu Bu Qin Gui Shou [ 九步擒鬼手 ] : Nine Steps to Capture a Devil; allows him find the opponent's Achilles' Heel within nine steps and attack at no mercy. No one has ever escaped this attack until Ye Xiong Ba, the last master of the evil Ye He Na La Family.
Force Field Generation: See Fang Hu Ci Chang above. He is also able to create smaller ones to shield a group or individual.
Shapeshifting : The ability to change his form at will. Because of this, combined with the fact he doesn't often show himself to the general public, he was thought to have shapeshifted to a younger appearance when he first appeared in the series. His shapeshifting ability is said to be #1 in the entire Iron Dimension.
Complications and limitations: the amount of time he can stay transformed varies (anywhere from a few hours to a few days) depending on a number of factors; including, but not limited to his current level of magic/physical strength, how much he's eaten, and the complexity of the transformation (male vs. female, human vs. animal, etc). Naturally, males he already resembles are the easiest to transform into.
He cannot shapeshift into someone or something he has never seen for himself (photos are a no-go), and he cannot mimic the voice of the person whose form he takes unless he has spoken to them or has heard them speak.
Shapeshifting for extended periods of time takes up a lot of energy, so he's likely to pass out afterward.
Exorcism Powers: Jiu Wu's particular style of magic makes him quite adept at capturing and subsequently exorcising demons and spirits. His strength against evil forces is something of legendary; at age 9 he was single-handedly fighting demons with power levels over 15000 for fun, and at age 13, he met Ye Xiong Ba - one of the strongest evil magic users at the time - and was able to fight him to a draw.
