I know. I do understand it. I can't disagree. There are too many "what if"'s. Too many ways I could mess it up, or make you not want to be around me anymore.

Honestly? I don't know where I'd be right now if you hadn't taken me in back then. That gesture alone is enough to make me want to do whatever I can to see that you're reasonably happy.
