It's a broship of bro-ness. Jiu Wu's really happy September's starting to recognize ~*~Feelings~*~ for what they are (though not necessarily in regards to himself) and he's pleased to have been able to meet him. He realizes some things are difficult for September to understand in a more human-like fashion, but he certainly gets points for at least trying. He's also super touched that he'd be willing to try to figure out some sort of thing to help him recharge his battery, so to speak, without eating camp out of house and home. So this is a thing! And then there's also the thing with the not being quite as opposed to being touched anymore and he feels these are all good things, so yes. Also that September is willing to tell him things he won't really tell anyone else and all sorts of stuff. Bros 4-evar.
