Mei Mei on its own can mean either little sister, or a pretty/hot girl, depending on how it's written, or the tone when it's spoken. Mei Mei Jie would be something along the lines of "hot older girl", to put it bluntly. It's not necessarily bad . . . it just might seem insulting coming from some people.
