I don't think I understand. I speak and act as I should. I perform my duties to the best of my abilities. Even when it's lonely, or frustrating, or I think it's too much, I don't complain and do as I am supposed to do. That's what it is to be me.
I can't win with that. When I loosen up, I'm told I should take things more seriously. When I take things seriously, I'm told to loosen up. There is no middle ground because the loosening up is the middle ground.
It is what it is. Some people say I play around too much. Other people say I don't play around enough. There is no winning. There is no middle ground for that. Playing at all and not just skiving everything off is the middle ground for all of it, and I don't have it in me to just run out on my duties; it isn't an option.
